 How to Download Your Journal

Getting started is simple!

1. Complete Your Purchase: Add your chosen digital journal to your cart and complete the secure checkout process.

2. Access Your Download: Once your payment is successfully processed, your download link will be provided on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address you entered at checkout, depending on the checkout process.

3. Download Your Journal: Click the download link and save the digital file to your computer, iPad, tablet, or other compatible device.

4. Start Journaling Your Way: Open your downloaded journal, print it, or import it into your preferred digital note-taking app.

⏱️ Delivery Time: Your journal is designed to be available for immediate download after successful payment. Most customers should be able to access their files within minutes, although occasional payment verification or email delivery delays may occur.

• Confirm you're checking the same email address used during checkout.

• If your download hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your order number and purchase email address.

Production times for Physical Products:

• Production Time: Physical products take 2 to 5 business days to manufacture after an order is placed.
• US Domestic Transit: Takes 3 to 7 business days after production (total estimated window of 5 to 12 business days).
• International Delivery: Takes 2 to 4 weeks after production, depending on local customs processing.
• General Global Window: Most items arrive within a 7 to 10 day delivery window when fulfilled regionally. 

Products are made after a customer places an order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before the item ships. Transit time is added on top of that, so the total delivery window depends on the shipping destination.

How tracking and dual-carrier shipping works

We use a dual-carrier system for many shipments. The package starts with a primary carrier like DHL or UPS, then hands off to a local carrier like USPS for last-mile delivery. This means:

• The tracking number that the customer receives may only reflect the first carrier (DHL or UPS).
• Once the package transfers to USPS for final delivery, the original tracking number may stop updating.
• A new USPS tracking number is not always provided, which can make it look like the package is stuck.

If the tracking says "Label Created" and has not updated for several days, the package is likely in transit between carriers. Please wait a few more days before contacting support.
